    Default The Ultimate Lowrance Special!!!

In search of the perfect system:-

If money is no object then your choice is simple:

    A HDS8 in the console with a 1197 on a RAM next to it, and a HDS10 on the bow. (R110 000.00 – R130 000.00)

For those of us that don’t have that sort of cash lying around for electronics – what do we REALLY need?

While at the console a 5” screen works great because you are sitting right in front of it and it is easy to select menus and change between the various views, menus and pages.

But while standing up and fishing off the bow, a 5” unit is too small, and continually having to bend down and push buttons between pages becomes a problem. So a bigger screen that can be split between chart and sonar is the perfect choice.

So what would you be prepared to pay for the following setup?

    1. A 7” screen on the bow fully networked to a 16 channel GPS receiver and being able to swap from full Broadband to conventional high power at the push of a button.
    2. A HDS5 with built in 16 channel GPS receiver and Broadband Technology for the console which is Structure Scan ready.
    3. 2 x 83/200kHz transducers of your choice. (Trolling / transom / thru hull)
    4. A R1000 deposit on the first shipment of LSS-1 Structure Scans to hit our shore. (R7000 balance paid on delivery)

If you have a LMS520 or similar Lowrance unit in good condition I will accept it as a trade in.
