    Default Skippers and COF

Would someone please give me details of someone who runs a skippers lic and who to contact for COF.

A number of boat owners who come to the pub (myself included) need to do their skippers license. They are always asking me where they can go to get their skippers lic. So a group of us intend to go for it at the same time.

Pomerob, I am looking for places as well, as I need to do both. I did notice on the Boating International website that they do the skippers courses, dont know about the COF.

Yes Beatrix would be the best choice.
Our club went as a group for our skippers and we asked her if she would travel all the way to us the do the boat thing.
She did and we had 8 boats checked and released on a Sunday afternoon at no extra cost.

    Hi there,

I think I need to do my skippers as well (getting a boat of about 13ft with a 16hp tiller arm)? Would that be neccesary?

How much does it cost to go through the whole process?

    Thanks
