Thread: Team Bassing.co.za in the USA

Not many are aware that some members of Bassing.co.za will be undertaking a trip of a lifetime to the USA shortly. You are all aware that Jay and his team from El Grande Lures got involved with Brian and Bassing.co.za in a big way. The relationship grew at a rapid rate and eventually resulted in an invite to the USA.

The aim of the trip will be to meet Jay and the El Grande team, build relationships and get to know the people behind the products that have and will find their way onto the Bassing.co.za shop shelves!

The guys that are fortunate enough to make this trip of a lifetime is:
Mark Allen (Vaalboy)
Wayne Tarr (Terminator)
Tewie Wessels (Viper)
Mike Smith (Mike Smith)
Riem de Beer (Ruffneck)

We'll be leaving on 3/04/10 at 20h20 and return again on Sunday 11/04/10 at 17h10. We'll be based in Fort Lauderdale and will be fishing the Everglades, Miami Canals and ultimately Lake Okeechobee. We are looking forward to some great fishing and some great company with Jay and the guys. I'm sure we'll get to use and know El Grande lures much better over the next 7 days.

I know the whole team is really excited about this trip! We'll keep you posted on this thread and hope to give feedback and pictures of some real beeeeg hawgs! As they say: Watch this space...

Well I am sitting at DBN airport waiting to board. Thanks to Brian and Jay for this amazing opportunity. Let's just hope Ruffy gets through customes this time.
