Hi all. Does anyone know where to get topographical maps of South African dams? I'm sure it would be a whole lot easier planning where you would want to fish on a dam if you could see a topo map before you went. It seems that topo maps for waters in the USA are readily available, whereas in SA we would need to make our own with depth finders.
I was watching ESPN this morning and Timothy Horton won within the first hour on the final day by fishing one rock pile, and he won by like 20lbs or something. This rock pile held about 100 fish according to Timmy. If one could use topo maps to identify such structure, all of us could have a serious advantage and be fishing areas that no one else is targeting.
